About the Project

Just Breath was developed for VRTherapies who help to ease a range of conditions from anxieties through to rehabilitation.  They were looking for an experience that would reduce stress and promote mindfulness.  Our virtual reality experience guides users through soothing breathing exercises in immersive, tranquil environments.  which helps with mindfulness; focusing on your breath and other physical sensations to help ground the user.

The general theory is that practising mindfulness through meditation can help us notice the signs of stress and anxiety in day-to-day life, and help to disentangle from those patterns of thought.

From serene forests to tranquil beaches, each environment offers a unique escape. Users can relax, focus on their breath, and find inner peace.  Our guided breathing exercises are designed to complement each virtual environment, providing a tailored experience for every user.

Alongside the guided breathing exercises, users often reported simply enjoying the immersive experience and feeling a sense of calm and well-being.
